A Wilmington resident herself in the Shadow Lakes community, Josie offers clients a local’s perspective paired with a genuine passion for helping families find their place to call home.

With a background in customer service, Josie has spent decades honing the skills that matter most in real estate- communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail. She also brings a unique layer of knowledge through her certification as an IICRC Water Restoration Technician, giving her added insight into property conditions and home care considerations.

Fluent in Spanish, Josie is proud to serve a diverse range of clients and ensure a seamless experience for Spanish-speaking families.

Outside of real estate, Josie is a devoted wife, mother of three, and “auntie to many.” You’ll often find her cooking for her family, making memories together, or enjoying a lively night of bingo- bringing that same warmth and energy into every client relationship.
